Payment is taken at the end of your session, not upfront. We accept cash, bank transfer, DuitNow QR and credit or debit card. There is no surcharge for card payments.

If your question is not answered here, WhatsApp us — we usually reply within an hour during opening times.
We are appointment-only. Same-day slots are often available, especially on weekdays, but weekends and evenings usually book out two to three days ahead. WhatsApp is the fastest way to check availability.
We accept cash, bank transfer, DuitNow QR and credit or debit card. Payment is taken at the end of your session, and receipts are issued for every transaction.
No. Our pricing is the same regardless of therapist gender. You can request a specific therapist at the time of booking at no extra charge, subject to availability.
Please give at least 12 hours notice to cancel or reschedule at no charge. Cancellations within 12 hours are charged at 50% of the session price, and no-shows are charged in full.
Packages are valid for 12 months from purchase. Sessions can be transferred to another person, but packages are non-refundable once purchased.
Yes, subject to room availability. The couples room can host two clients at once with two therapists. Please mention this when booking so we can reserve the correct room.
Tipping is entirely optional and never expected. If you would like to leave something for your therapist, cash is appreciated but not required.
